It was created with the concept of being a fountain pen that is fun to write with, while also conveying the charm of Kobe to many people.
Spring is the season of cherry blossoms, which are special to Japanese people.
There are many famous cherry blossom spots in Kobe, but Ikuta-gawa Koen（Ikuta River Park） , located in the area south of JR Shin-Kobe Station, has about 150 cherry trees, mainly Somei Yoshino, planted.
The Ikuta-gawa, which flows from Nunobiki-no-taki (Nunobiki Falls) upstream, is called the Nunobiki Hana-kaido (Flower Street), and is a popular spot where many people visit to enjoy spring in Kobe during the flower season.
