I absolutely love the Kobe Strawberry Chocolate ink and am very happy with the product itself. However, after paying $35 for international shipping, I was surprised to receive an additional $22 import charge from DHL once the package arrived in the United States, which had to be paid before delivery could be completed.

I understand that customs duties and import fees may apply, but I would have appreciated a clearer warning during checkout that additional charges could be collected before delivery. This would help international customers better understand the potential total cost before placing an order.

Shops underestimate how much shipping time matter to consumers. This one didn't. I couldn't find these elusive ink colors anyway on my continent and was worried about ordering all the way from Japan. I had the best experience with Nagasawa Bungo Center. Ordering was simple and easy and shipping was so smooth and fast. My inks came well packaged. Now I'm planning to order more Kobe ink because of my experience. Thank you for providing fast shipping.

I’m enjoying this ink. It’s a lovely soft, muted pink with a hint of brown. I have it in a matching pink fountain pen. It came very well-packaged and I appreciate the care that was put into the packing. Thank you.

It was sold out everywhere which got me curious so I bought some when it was in stock. This pink is definitely beautiful and constant reminds me of the sweetness and smell of strawberry chocolates. 🍫 It has become one of my favourite pink inks.
